DESCRIPTION:This is a half-day course\, with five (5.0) CME/CLE General Hou
 rs and one (1) CME/CLE Ethics Hour.  It focuses on why and how mediating 
 a larger County case is different from mediating a smaller dispute. We wil
 l cover the impact attorneys have on the process and on the mediator\, how
  to identify and manage attorney agendas\, and how to manage party empower
 ment when one or more parties has counsel.  We'll also cover attorneys' f
 ees issues\, ethical pressures on the mediator\, multiparty litigation\, a
 nd additional confounding factors.
