DESCRIPTION:This is a half-day course\, with four and a half (4.5) CME/CLE/
 CEU General Hours and one (1) CME/CLE/CEU Ethics Hour.  It focuses on why
  and how mediating a larger County case is different from mediating a smal
 ler dispute.  We will cover the impact attorneys have on the process and 
 on the mediator\, how to identify and manage attorney agendas\, and how to
  manage party empowerment when one or more parties has counsel.  We'll al
 so cover attorneys' fees issues\, ethical pressures on the mediator\, mult
 iparty litigation\, and additional confounding factors.
