 a larger County case is different from mediating a smaller dispute.  We w
 ill cover the impact attorneys have on the process and on the mediator\, h
 ow to identify and manage attorney agendas\, and how to manage party empow
 erment when one or more parties has counsel.  We'll also cover attorneys'
  fees issues\, ethical pressures on the mediator\, multiparty litigation\,
  and additional confounding factors.
