Bob Loevin is a member of both the Florida Bar and New York Bar (retired), and for the past 25 years has been a mediator who has mediated over·8,500 cases. He is also a Florida Supreme Court Qualified Arbitrator.
Bob is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator in all five areas for which certification is available: Circuit Civil, Family, County, Dependency, and Appellate, mediating primarily circuit court and county cases.
His areas of mediation concentration include real estate, landlord/tenant, foreclosure, labor, and securities matters, as well as pre-suit dispute resolution. He is a contract mediator for the U.S. Postal Service, FINRA, Dept. of Financial Services of Florida, and the Broward County Mediation Program.
In addition, Bob has been an Instructor and Roleplay Coach for the Mediation Training Group for many years.
Before relocating to Florida, he was an Assistant Attorney General in New York as well as serving in various management positions in New York government. Once in Florida, he spent 20 years in real estate development, working in management positions for well-known developers, and was president of a publicly- listed real estate development company.
