Lunch ‘n’ Learn Programs are also a new feature for MTG! These lunchtime programs, ranging from 1.0 CME/CLE hour to 2.5 CME/CLE hours, are intended to highlight topics of interest such as what every mediator should know about Medicare, how to manage aggressive participants, and the power of an apology.
