LET’S TALK ABOUT MEDIATING INTRAFAMILY DISPUTES 08292025

This CME/CLE course is live/interactive from 12:00pm – 2:10pm on Zoom.  It provides 2.5 CME General Hours and .5 CME Ethics Hour, and 2.0 CLE general Hours and .5 CLE Ethics Hour.   Intrafamily disputes may arise in divorce, probate, elder, and multigenerational/traditional households, and other family contexts.  But mediations may also look and sound like intrafamily disputes when the subject is neighbor conflicts, long-term contractual relationships, and/or workplace disputes.  Intrafamily disputes arise in so many mediation situations that it is important for all mediators to have some understanding of the dynamics and some tools for mediation management.
