LET’S TALK ABOUT BOMBSHELLS AND SMOKING GUNS IN MEDIATION
This is a two and a half (2.5) hour CME/CLE course providing two and a half (2.5) hours of General credit. It runs from 12:00pm – 2:15pm on Zoom. Thomas Glick, Center for Conflict Resolution, Attorney/Mediator, is Co-Presenter. While the impact of a “bombshell” or “smoking gun” is determined by the parties, the mediator must have tools to handle reactions to unexpected disclosures intended to disrupt the process. This program offers tips to help mediators work through the challenge.
