PRACTICE TIPS FOR MEDIATING ON ZOOM 09042025
This is a 2.5 CME General hour and 2.0 CLE General hour live/interactive course from 12:00pm – 2:10pm presented on Zoom. Now that mediating online has become the norm, it’s become important to bring the right tools to the mediation. That is, some in-person skills and information gathering techniques don’t work as well on Zoom. This program focuses on suggested changes to the mediator’s opening statement, adapting procedures, controlling the room, explaining confidentiality and termination of mediation, and the process of preparing and executing a mediated settlement agreement. In addition to being approved for 2.0 CME/CLE General hours, this course is approved for 2.0 hours of Technology credit for Attorneys.
