LET’S TALK ABOUT MEDIATING AN APPELLATE CASE

This is a two (2) hour CME/CLE course running from 12:00pm – 2:00pm on Zoom. While there aren’t many appellate mediations in Florida at this time, some mediators may have the opportunity to mediate appellate cases, and it is important to understand how the role of mediator is different once a trial court has rendered a decision, a “winner” and a “loser” have been determined, and the trial record governs.  This program highlights the best tools to use, and how to reach a successful outcome.
