LET’S TALK ABOUT MEDIATING AN APPELLATE CASE

This CME/CLE course runs from 12:00pm – 2:15pm on Zoom.  It provides 2.5 CME and CLE General Hours, and one CME and CLE Ethics hour. While there aren’t many appellate mediations in Florida at this time, some mediators may have the opportunity to mediate appellate cases, and it is important to understand how the role of mediator is different once a trial court has rendered a decision, a “winner” and a “loser” have been determined, and the trial record governs.  This program highlights the best tools to use, and how to reach a successful outcome.
