LET’S TALK ABOUT MANAGING PROBATE AND OTHER FAMILY DISPUTES
This CME/CLE live/interactive course is from 12:00pm – 2:10pm on Zoom. It provides 2.5 CME General and .5 CME Ethics Hour, and 2.0 CLE General and .5 CLE Ethics Hour. Intrafamily disputes may arise in divorce, probate, elder, and multigenerational/traditional households, and other family contexts. But mediations may look and sound like intrafamily disputes when the subject is neighbor conflicts, long-term contractual relationships, and/or workplace disputes. Intrafamily disputes arise in so many mediation situations that it is important for all mediators to have some understanding of the dynamics and some tools for mediation management.
